Towards this end, the annual in-house training is held to train the crewmember in partnership with the Indonesian Seafarer Union (KPI). This year the main focus will be the psychological safety in which 4 (four) different workshops will be delivered: Hand safety, Reverse Toolbox Talk, Psychological safety and Healthy lifestyle.

We had kicked off first day of K Marine Ship Management (KMSM) crew seminar on June 12th, with 23 crewmember from various ranks, and delegation from KMSM Singapore and India offices. CEO of KMSM. Capt. Fukuda was opening the seminar where he focusing on the vision of KMSM to be a zero-incident fleet in the industry. BP, the charterer of the KMSM Tangguh fleet, was being represented by Bapak Itsar Hartadi, who expressing the promising future of LNG shipping business in Indonesia in which KMSM can be part of it. CEO of Equinox, Angga L. Eldrianto, was having opportunity to motivate the KMSM crewmember with the 8-core values of Leadership Behaviour of Equinox Group.
On 29th, May 2023 at PT. Equinox the “Aldebaran Crew Room” was opened. This is a room where we welcome our seafarers and handle their documentation, briefing/debriefing and interview process.
As enclosed, effective May 1st 2023, Brazil will strictly enforce the SID requirement at their ports.
All our crewmember (marine, hotel) joining vessels calling Brazilian ports must have valid SID or when applicable, entry visa to Brazil.

And this is also one of the HSE targets and the manifestation to implement and develop the Core Values that have been set by the company (21/03/23).
