Greetings from Bali! We had kicked off first day of K Marine Ship Management (KMSM) crew seminar on June 12th, with 23 crewmember from various ranks, and delegation from KMSM Singapore and India offices. CEO of KMSM. Capt. Fukuda was opening the seminar where he focusing on the vision of KMSM to be a zero-incident fleet in the industry. BP, the charterer of the KMSM Tangguh fleet, was being represented by Bapak Itsar Hartadi, who expressing the promising future of LNG shipping business in Indonesia in which KMSM can be part of it. CEO of Equinox, Angga L. Eldrianto, was having opportunity to motivate the KMSM crewmember with the 8-core values of Leadership Behaviour of Equinox Group.
Various things were being discussed and each of the participants were being pro-active during the session by sharing their ideas how to improve. The ‘best ship is a friendship’, is the theme of this year seminar to reflect on the commitment of every parties that KMSM is one big family (friendship) who is having same goal: Safety First so everybody can go home safe with implementing best practise onboard. We were having fruitful session and excellent moment in Bali!!
