We maintain our quality standards by being independently audited by DNVGL as well as our principals to ensure our services conform to the highest industry standards.

Accreditations
We possess SIUPAL, SIUPAK, SIUPKK, DOC and also accredited by DNV to the standard of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018. TRACE International Inc. (TRACE) has successfully completed a TRACE Standard due diligence review of PT. Perusahan Pelayaran Equinox. TRACE has granted PT. Perusahan Pelayaran Equinox a certificate of membership signifying the company’s commitment to transparency in international commercial transactions.

Infrastructure
We have excellent premises with enough space to accommodate expansion, with a spacious reception for visitors, training room, well-equipped meeting rooms, storage facility and a spacious car park.

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
The Company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility is based on a synergy between sustainability in three aspects; humanity, environment, and profit. It is believed that these would create long-term business sustainability for the Company.

The CSR activities organized by the Company are a form of support for the development of the four main pillars, namely Environment; Manpower, Occupational Health and Safety; Community; and Customers.

Employee
While we continuously aim to improve and ensure that all our employees are treated fairly in a safe and healthy working environment, our current retention rate is beyond commendable. We have introduced plenty of trainings each year, ranging from hard skills such as first aid training, basic sea survival skills, to soft skills such as psychological and health talks. Progressing towards 2022, we aim to further anchor human rights practices in our governance system and continue to minimize any identified gaps to ensure an optimal employee satisfaction.

Conservation  
As a testament of our strong commitment to environmental protection, we are certified for ISO 14001:2015 as well as Health, Safety, and Environment program which includes segregation of waste into recyclables and non-recyclables and also keep track of our usage of such waste such as paper, plastics, and other materials and reduce waste by reusing paper, plantation and minimizing printing and copying.

Generation
We continuously seek for future opportunities to establish ourselves as the influential player in providing early education to our younger generations.

Care
The Company organizes various events to promote social and community development. For instance, the Company collaborates with Indonesian Red Cross to organize blood donation event.
