Equinox Bahari Utama is a fully licensed crewing company that employs highly competent Indonesian crew members to work in well-known international tankers, bulk, and cruise ship companies throughout the world. In 2020, we employ our crew around the world to work operating more than 120 vessels ranging from tankers to LNG, LPG, FSRU, FLNG, FSO, FPSO, Dry bulk, Offshore, and Cruise.

Our company manages and coordinates the complete process of changing crew members who have complete qualifications, bosun, to lead deckhand and deckhand to helmsman and captain. Not only that, we as a crewing agency, apart from recruiting crew members, we also carry out crew development and gradual training to improve crew performance to meet high standards. As a crewing company, we also strictly comply with laws and regulations so that we proactively always improve QHSE standards and policies.
