On day-2, @Equinox.Bahari.Utama was having opportunity to visit Ecole Nationale Superieure Maritime in Marseille, one of the oldest maritime training institutes who educates Deck and Engine Officer. The visit was arranged by Training Manager and Coordinator of CMA Ships, Yvan Jannes and round tour was guided by the School Director, Cyril Delher.
At this premise, the new location of CMA CGM Academy, is now being built. CMA CGM ACADEMY is the CMA CGM Group’s platform for change, supporting employees on a daily basis by offering a broad range of solutions tailored to their needs. The in-house training strategy is designed to enable everyone to fulfil their potential. The employees’ prospects for development within the CMA CGM Group are unlimited.
With this visit PT. Equinox is having more understanding on the CMA Ships’ expectation to focus on the seafarer competence and soft skill development. It has been noticed that besides the rapid expansion of CMA CGM, the development of the human resources skill is being prioritized in order to face the challenges in global economy.
