Today we are celebrating our people!!!
Gatherings are common event mostly, but for us, gathering is one of our special events that we always looking forward to every year. The event brings all of us together to one point that we all agree on. Communications are better, relationship are stronger and all of our people are happier.
From November 17-19, 2022, this year gathering took place in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. All the member of Equinox Shipping Group gathered at our office and made an amazing 5 hours trip by bus and stayed at Crowne Plaza Hotel – Braga, Bandung.
Employees were gathered in few groups and challenged to a one-day Amazing Race. We had the opportunity to explore some great Bandung landmarks while searching for clues to get to the goals. It was so much fun. Our people learned how to cooperate within people outside their own department as we are one team, Equinox Shipping Group and more over, we are Pesona Sentra Utama Group.
Throughout the gathering, we ensured that the challenges were designed to promote teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity while also being enjoyable for everyone involved. Additionally, incorporating some downtime and opportunities for relaxation and exploration will allow employees to recharge and make the most of their time together.
The closing event was the Gala Dinner. All employeess were dressed their best for the dinner, the vibes were rocking and the food was amazing, we can say that it was an amazing experience as always.
Board Director of Equinox Shipping Group shared the company’s business expansions, realization of goals and all positive future plans set to be achieved in years to come. Goals are meant to be reached and achieved, we all very optimistic and positive feedbacks vibing from employees to the management and vice versa.
