Jakarta, 21 November 2022 In the framework of the Implementasi Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) at the KALK Department, Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pelayaran (STIP) proposed a Lecturer Internship activity at PT Equinox Bahari Utama.
On this internship opportunity, the lecturer also received a Safety Induction from the HSSE section and Knowledge sharing in the meeting room by HSE personnel
Mrs. Lestari, S. Sit, M.M & Mrs. Roma Dormawaty, M.M representing the STIP LECTURERS informed that the things that were of concern in the Internship activities were:
1. Current developments in the shipping industry
2. Technology / Digitalization used in the Company.
3. Management of land and sea human resources.
4. Strategy to increase the company's revenue.
The above activities will be carried out for the next 5 days and hopefully with the internship visits from STIP Lecturers this will add to and establish good cooperation with STIP and EQUINOX
